Vanessa's Fitness Factory is a boutique fitness and wellness studio where you can take partand have fun in a variety of exercise, fitness and wellness classes such as; Combat, Zumba, Gold, Toning, Kettlercise, Pump, Clubtastic, Drumfit, Yoga, BeamBlock Yoga, Pilates, Pulseroll, HIIT, and much more! including workshops, bootcamps and courses.
Vanessa's Fitness Factory is the home of Energyflow Fitness, Vanessa's unique Brand of classes inspired by Yoga, TaiChi, Pilates, Movement and Meditation.
Classes are run on two basis' "pay as you go" or "Monthly subscriptions" more information is available upon request.
