The whole event is available live online via Zoom, and will be available to you via catchup too.
Equipment required - Mat, White Foam Roller, Bender Ball, Pair of soft Prickle Balls, Pilates Circle, Cushion & Blanket.
If you are joining in from home, you can purchase equipment through the website shop, if you are coming in to the studio, please bring your kit with you, any you dont have is available for you to use.
