Many of you know that this evening my pooch is due to arrive after a very very long journey, he is possibly going to arrive at the time i am teaching so i have set up a REPLAY area on the website, which means that in 4 easy steps, you can do the classes from last thurday evening directly from there
Step 1 Go to website www.vanessasfitnessfactory.com
Step 2 Find 'Replay' tab at the top of the site and click on it
Step 3 Log in to your account
Step 4 Choose your session, press play and enjoy :D
As easy as that xxx
