Isnt it so true in life, that none of us like exactly the same things?
Exercise and Fitness is no exception! We all have our own favourite class/workout, for our own personal reasons, but remember, just because someone elses choice isnt the same as yours, it doesnt mean its wrong, Its THEIR choice.
Once we have found the one, or the combination that works for us, that we enjoy, that we actually look forward to attending, Our fitness journey becomes a lot less daunting and our goals become a lot more achievable.
