COME AND JOIN IN OUR FITNESS BONANZA!!! Raising much needed money for the amazing Rainbows Childrens Hospice in Loughborough.
There are 12 exercise and fitness sessions running throughout the day, all with the Crazy, Bouncy, Nutty Vanessa, with something to suit everyone, you can do one, two, or all 12 of the fabulous sessions depending on your time available and energy levels, and when the hard work is all done there is a wonderful PulseRoll stretch session to ease all those tense muscles.
We will be having a cake sale, games, and a raffle too! All classes have a specific number of places available, so please book your place to avoid disappointment.
Tickets are available from Vanessa's Fitness Factory or through the justgiving page, simply comment on your donation for the ticket you want. Ticket Prices: £4 per class £11 for 3 classes £20 for 6 classes £30 for the whole day
