Start your week with a wonderful back reset by doing this lovely Bitesize Trigger Point Pilates on the Roller, This short slow workout leaves your spine feeling fantastic!!
if you dont have a roller, grab a beach towel and roll it really tightly, just make sure the roller covers the entire spine from the back of the head right to the base of the spine :)
