Hi all, I hope this finds you enjoying the warm afternoon sunshine.
I have to cancel this evenings classes (Wednesday) on strict instruction from the chiropractor 🙄 after my appointment today, he has manipulated my back after it went on Saturday and I now have to rest it for the rest of today.
There is plenty in the studio live area on the website to keep you going, and we will be back on it tomorrow evening at 6pm xxx
