Hi everyone :D its Sunday, my favourite day of the week :D a day to rest, spend time together with the family (i know we are doing this constantly butkeeping routine is good) Having a yummy Sunday dinner and generally allowing the body to heal :D
So with this in mind, todays bitesize workout is a lovely prickle ball pilates session.
dont forget, if you dont have prickle balls you can use tennis ball or sponge balls :D
