Todays Bitesize is.........Kettlebells

If you dont have a kettlebell, you can do it without the weight and just get your body moving, or you can use dumbells if you have them, or if you dont have any of those, fill up an empty 2litre milk carton and use that :D

remember to stretch your legs well afterwards xxx
